Thank God for Alaina! Everything that she has recommended has helped so much! I realized it isn’t anywhere near as hard as I had originally imaged it would be. In the past three months, I have had a huge increase in my energy and sleep. I’ve noticed my skin feels so much softer and hydrated, I’m not bloated at all, my hair is growing, my nails don’t break anymore, I’ve lost inches, I sleep through the night, I don’t sweat as much and I don’t feel fatigued.
