What to Expect for Your Initial Visit
When you arrive at Grace & Growth Wellness Collective, you’ll come into our shared reception area, sign in, and make yourself comfortable in the waiting space. I’ll come greet you personally and walk you back to my office when it’s time for your session. We’ll start with a short conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals so I can get to know you and understand how best to support you. I’ll explain what the session will look like and answer any questions before we begin. Whether you’re here for massage, craniosacral fascial therapy, or health coaching, my goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable, cared for, and supported. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Do you have a specific question that I haven’t answered? Feel free to email me!

For therapeutic massage, you may undress to your level of comfort (you will always be covered with a sheet/blanket). For CFT, clients remain clothed, although it is recommended to wear athletic wear (like a sports bra and shorts) that allows for movement. Infants and children can wear whatever clothing they are comfortable in.
-
Absolutely! Gentle bodywork (such as craniosacral fascial therapy or CFT) is safe for infants and children and can help with issues such as tension, feeding difficulties, reflux, colic, and general comfort. Massage and bodywork are also equally beneficial for adults and can help with both acute and chronic pain, fascial tension and restriction, stress reduction, and overall wellness.
